DynaMed
DynaMed is a clinical reference tool for answers to clinical questions. It is created by a team of physicians and researchers who synthesize the evidence and provide objective analysis. The healthcare professionals primarily use this database at the "point-of-care" with clinically-organized summaries on health information. It is considered the most current and accurate content for efficient and evidence-based patient care. It covers all specialties, drug monographs are provided by Micromedex, and all information is designed to be easy to use at the point of care.
To Access DynaMed:

When you register for the first time it must be from a workstation within an Ascension Genesys site.

Click on the person icon at the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Click “Register now” and complete the form.

Create a username and password.

Go to www.dynamed.com and use your new credentials to access DynaMed from any device, anywhere and anytime.
To Follow DynaMed Topics:

It allows you to receive email notification when there is any update on your topic.

Begin by signing in with your personal account credentials.

From a DynaMed topic, click the Follow (+) plus icon to the right of the topic title.

Select the type of update you wish to receive. You'll receive a confirmation of your selection.

Returning to the home screen you'll see updates to the Followed topics under Recent Updates.
To Earn CME/CE:

Clinicians using DynaMed are eligible to earn continuing medical education (CME) credits and continuing education CE) contact hours.

To earn CME/CE and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credit with every search of DynaMed, users simply create a personal user account and the DynaMed CME Ticker tracks the credits accrued across all their devices.

Clinicians can redeem CME credits individually or in a bulk submission, and after an easy one time configuration.

Physicians in certain specialties may also be eligible to earn Part II Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points.

DynaMed will automatically submit your credits to your designated boards, once configured in your personal user profile.
DynaMed Remote/Mobile:

Once you are registered, you can use your login/password remotely on www.dynamed.com or with the DynaMed-EBSCO information services mobile app, https://www.dynamed.com/mobile

Download the appropriate app for your device (iOS or android).

Login with your personal user credentials.

Choose to download the full content without images, or the online access only version.
